Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience of identifying client and business opportunities, including cold calling.

Experience of preparing and submitting bids and tenders to meet client proposals

Excellent negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles

Excellent IT skills including MS Office and CRM Systems such as Salesforce

Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales of Agro products.

In-depth knowledge and connect with the wholesalers, Importers, and major retailers of Agro products

Implement a robust sales strategy to attain and surpass sales targets in the Indonesian market.

Foster and nurture enduring connections with wholesale purchasers, importers, and prominent retailers.

Proactively explore new business opportunities

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales of Agro products.

Execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers, importers, and major retailers, utilizing existing networks and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.

Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or related discipline required.

Demonstrates a willingness to learn and widen his/her skills

Initiative, good interpersonal / communication skills

Computer literacy at an intermediate using word processing and spreadsheet applications, Microsoft Excel and Word desirable.

Willing to perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Ability to lift/move small packages

Prior experience with databases, infrastructure software, SaaS offerings

You have minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an Inside Sales team in a closing role.

You have experience working in an early-stage startup.

Carry a designated quota for Net New Business revenue.

Establish Champions and Advocates over the phone and through web-conference.

Identify and nurture leads to generate and close opportunities.

Sales & marketing activities to promote programmes offered

Provide on-going training, support and detailed programme knowledge to recruitment agents

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Provide counselling to prospective students and their parents on the programmes

Strategise and implement plans to increase student applications and admissions

Initiate and maintain good working relationships with schools/agents

Participate as a member of the Jabra Indonesia management team for the Enterprise accounts;

Have at least 2 years of experience in dealing with enterprise clients;

Are to relate and understand the requirements of clients;
