Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients, understanding their pain points and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
• Coordinates sales activities to ensure that a planned, consistent approach is followed.
• Nurture a high-performing sales team by providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to optimize sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of market trends and competition in the fintech or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 7+ years of experience managing and developing sales teams, including experience in the fintech sector or similar domains
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
