Responsibilities:

• Continuously update and improve outreach strategies based on feedback and results
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
• Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture and build relationships over time
• Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including emails and networking events
• Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and objectives
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and accurately document lead details in our CRM system

Requirements:

• Comfortable with making cold calls/emailing and engaging in initial conversations
• Familiar with using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in financial products, services, and industry trends
• 3+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
