Responsibilities:

• Cultivate enduring client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience, preferably within IT outsourcing.
• Strong grasp of IT outsourcing services, trends, and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Expertise in identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and effectively closing deals.
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, fostering lasting client connections.
• Fundamental understanding of IT concepts and services for seamless client communication.
• Confident presentation skills to highlight the value of our IT outsourcing services.
• Strong negotiation prowess to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain motivation.
