Wacaku is a community-based digital literature platform that specializes in creator and content management within the literary industry. Wacaku currently boasts over 10,000 digital libraries from 10,000+ creators. Wacaku serves as a crucial literature platform, assisting authors, illustrators, and publishers/agencies in finding the right collaborations for their digital book publishing or cover book projects. In a competitive literary market, one of Wacaku's products has proven to be an effective tool in increasing audience engagement, fostering creativity, and promoting consistent content creation.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, establishing client relationships, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working independently, and want to contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Initiate contact with leads through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media, to present our offerings and generate interest.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and maintain updated information.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services to clients.
- Identify potential leads and prospects through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients both in-person and virtually.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

This is a freelance position with a competitive commission-based compensation structure. The more sales you generate, the higher your earnings potential. As a freelance sales representative, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work remotely.
