Position: Customer Success Agent

Webull Sekuritas Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Agent.


As a Customer Success Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional support to our valued clients.


This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.


Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, disputes, concerns, and providing assistance through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat with empathy and care.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our products and services.
  3. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through our platform's features and functionalities.
  4. Ensuring the onboarding and KYC process run smoothly and seamlessly.
  5. Educate customers on the usage of our trading platform, investment tools, and market data to help them make informed decisions as well any information related to Webull, such as promotional campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring concerns to help improve our products, services, and support processes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes relevant to our business, and effectively communicate these updates to customers when necessary.
  9. Perform other ad-hoc or administrative task involving customer's account.


Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Candidate must have WPPE P certificate (WPPE PT certified candidate will be considered).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and adapt communication style to suit different individuals.
  • Knowledge of stock market operations, investment products, and trading platforms will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English capability is a plus.
