Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.


Responsibilities

  • Work in tandem with the internal tech team to streamline processes and resolve issues in timely manner
  • Organize and manage timelines for customer's requirements
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Able to use jira for updating tasks
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide trainings and demos to potential clients


Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to understand english will be an advantage
