Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jakarta for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. The Customer Success Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing customer data and providing insights to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Customer Support and Communication skills to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Analytical Skills to be able to analyze customer data
  • Experience in HR software solutions or related industry is a plus
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
