Responsibilities

• Work closely with Customer Success members to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
• Utilize critical thinking to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track Customer Success and Product KPIs and help inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• Certifications in business analysis or data analytics are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, structured problem solving, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Great attention to detail, with the ability to spot patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
• A data-oriented mindset, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
