About the role

The Customer Success Senior Executive (CSSE) will work closely with our key customers, product development and marketing teams. The CSSE is a critical part of our business growth team.

This role requires awesome planning, execution, customer service, analytical, team leadership and business development skills.


This role is responsible for the following:

  • Smooth onboarding, adaption of our platform and retention of our corporate customers.
  • Be hands-on and partner with customer and partner to solve issues proactively and drive business results.
  • Plan and manage customer and partner onboarding campaigns with our marketing team.
  • Proactively collect feedback from customers and partners.
  • Creating training and onboarding material.
  • Managing client retention programs, including planning and execution aspects of the programs.
  • Communicate clear and in a timely manner – internally and with customers and partners.


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong initiative, excellent planning and delivery skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia – additional languages will be a bonus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar client facing role, preferably in the Healthcare, Insurance or Pharma.
  • Able to deliver results through ambiguity and meet tight timelines.
  • 2+ years of experience in planning and executing projects/programs. Relevant project management certifications will be a clear advantage.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and able to multi-task under fast-paced environment.
  • At least a good Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
