PT. Oasix Artacipta Niaga, a brand & business consulting company is looking for PROFESSIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE who meet these following requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline effectively by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing leads. Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track progress, and strategically move deals through the various stages of the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and position the company's consulting services as tailored solutions to address those needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that outline the company's services, methodologies, and previous successes. Tailor presentations to each client's unique needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
• Employ a consultative approach to sales, wherein you actively listen to clients, ask probing questions, and understand their pain points. Propose well-suited consulting strategies that align with their goals, showcasing the value and ROI of the company's services.
• Understand market trends, competitors, and market needs of business consulting firms to be able to provide valuable feedback, contributing to the refinement of the company's offerings and helping to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Possess a solid understanding of the business consulting industry, including key concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Having acquaintances or connections with the particular sector or niche the company serves is a plus.
• Sales representatives should be adept problem solvers, capable of analyzing client needs, identifying challenges, and proposing effective solutions. Critical thinking and creativity are valuable assets.
• Adept at building and nurturing relationships, both internally with colleagues and externally with clients. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds are crucial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively, adapting your communication style to resonate with different audiences.
