Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop accurate job descriptions and specifications.
• Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including online platforms, job fairs, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
• Foster strong relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Stay abreast of recruitment trends, developments, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage job postings.
• Conduct initial applicant screenings and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top industry talent and meet organizational staffing needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ year's professional experience as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and/or HR functions.
• Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
• Willing to work at office, Mega Kuningan.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant major
• Fluency in English, Chinese or Mandarin would be plus.
