Have experience min. 6 months as Account Executive

Looking for and making a list of prospective experts in accordance with predetermined standards

Create and send bidding proposals to prospective experts

Complete the Expert Trainer Profile (PTP) form for the database

Coordinate with the legal team for the making of agreement

Good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills

Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline with minimum GPA 2.75

2+ year's professional experience as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and/or HR functions.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top industry talent and meet organizational staffing needs.

Melacak, menganalisis, dan melaporkan kinerja vendor.

Solid working experience in investment management preferably in sizeable financial institutions with strong investment products knowledge.

3 – 4 years’ experience in related field.

Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsible for evaluating existing business partnerships within distribution channels by measuring in a certain matrix in a timely manner.

Responsible for developing potential new business/partnerships.

Responsible for ensuring sales targets are achieved objectively in accordance with agreed business targets.

Solid working experience in investment management preferably in sizeable financial institutions with strong investment products knowledge.

Support management for enhancement of existing products including providing regular reporting for all stakeholders (internal & external).

3 – 4 years’ experience in related field.

As a liaison officer, manage the communication with related parties including but not limited to regulator, custodian bank, and other parties;

Hold WMI/WPPE/WPEE or another related certification is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other related disciplines from a reputable University.
