Retail Partnership Executive Jobs

• Responsible for sustaining existing asset under management for distribution channels such as banks (investment services). This includes interacting with the distributors’ wealth management/private banking groups: ie. with the product managers for product identification, the customer relationship managers/front-liners of branches for product education.
• Responsible for evaluating existing business partnerships within distribution channels by measuring in a certain matrix in a timely manner.
• Hold WMI / WPPE / WPEE / WAPERD is a must.
• Responsible for developing potential new business/partnerships.
• Craving for challenging assignments and having a high drive to establish projects from ideation to execution.
• Responsible for ensuring sales targets are achieved objectively in accordance with agreed business targets.
• Bachelor’s degree from the reputable University.
• Strong business sense, having a good understanding of industry, trends, and being attentive to detail.
• Manage relationships with existing distribution channels parties such as bank and non-bank distributors and establish activations for broaden our B2B2C as well as B2C client basis.
• Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Have logical and critical thinking processes to improve or establish new initiatives or challenge existing ones.
• Ensuring operational and legal aspects related to business relationships are maintained thoroughly and comprehensively such as but not limited to Due Diligence Reports, Distribution Agreements, and Operational Notes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced regional-based environment.
• 3 – 4 years’ experience in related field.
• Solid working experience in investment management preferably in sizeable financial institutions with strong investment products knowledge.
