Job Description
An outstanding and exciting Strategic Partnership Manager job has just become available in one of the leading international fintech companies in Indonesia.


About The Strategic Partnership Manager Role


You will build and lead the partnership development in all financial related areas for the company. You will help in identifying, securing, and managing key partners within financial as well as across other industries.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify the potential needs within and across industries Leading both the partnership acquisition and retention team to build relationships and helping secure new agreement with new partners to assure pipeline of new opportunity
  • Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with strategic partner
  • Working with the middle and back office on refining partnership solutions and implementing solutions together
  • Source and develop relationships and opportunities for company in the target markets and driving demand to grow company's revenue streams


To succeed in this role, you must possess the ownership to represent the company at events across industry bodies.


Key Requirements


  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills.
  • Minimum of five years experience in global or local partnership acquisition or ToB sales experiences; Experience in financial industries is a plus
  • Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognise and reward performance
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Proven B2B partnership and account management experience
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills within sales and relationship management environment
  • Excellent negotiating, influencing, communication and presentation skills
