Job Summary
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Coordinate with HC Business Partner to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates and do plan pipeline
- Interview and selection process for prospective employees
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Ensure the completeness of new employee documents and input data into the e-recruitment system
- Check job references and candidate background
- Lead and execute employer branding initiatives
The Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources/Recruitment at Banking industry (it's a must)
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
