Responsibilities

• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the blockchain industry, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of talent acquisition.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry-specific channels, to identify and attract top-tier tech talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and screenings of potential candidates, evaluating their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our agency's reputation and attracting high-caliber talent through networking, attending industry conferences, and participating in relevant communities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the requirements of blockchain technology positions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of the tech talent landscape, with a successful track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, its applications, and relevant programming languages such as Solidity, Ethereum, and Hyperledger.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, or PHR/SPHR are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist min 5 years, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals.
