Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Partner Acquisition to join as TinggalTroops!. As a Partner Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with partners, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with our product or service offerings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, effectively managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring that pricing, terms, and conditions meet both partners expectations and company profitability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and partners support, to ensure partners satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong partners relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for ongoing support and future sales opportunities.
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential partners through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand partners requirements and showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to partners needs and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a relentless pursuit of results.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or market.
  • Resilience and perseverance to overcome objections, handle rejection, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage partners, and effectively present and articulate value propositions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape is a plus.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Ability to understand partners needs and tailor solutions accordingly, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
