• Execute acquisition program through offline or online marketing activity (digital marketing, booth, event, kiosk, etc)

• Responsible for acquisitions marketing program across marketing channel

• Defend core business by driving circulation revenue by optimizing existing marketing and developing innovative programs

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand partners requirements and showcase the value of our offerings.

Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage partners, and effectively present and articulate value propositions.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships.

Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Identifying and approaching potential and talented affiliate partners on TikTok (KOL/ Influencer/ Creators)

Stay up-to-date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and strategies on TikTok

Successfully manage several talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.

3+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources.

Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offering and team’s placement according to targets.

Ensure employee’s data, employee’s device requirements and access are complete, as well as ensuring employee’s onboarding process runs smoothly.

Report recruitment’s progress periodically to Manager and above.

Collaborate with communities or educational institutions to coordinate open houses, workshops and roadshows as a step in finding candidates.

2 years of experience as recruiter

Prior working experience in tech company is a plus

To provide advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience.

Understand the user's requirements and providing solutions for the position needed

Liaise with hiring managers based on needs to discuss about hiring issues

Having at least 1 to 2 years experience working in a role as people partner/Generalist/Talent is preferred.

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment/start-up environment are preferred.

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills required together with an eye for detail and ‘can do’ attitude
