Talent Acquisition Business Partner

What will you do:
People Partner

• To provide advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience.
• Be the HR representative to the employee to provide solutions (workforce planning, talent identification, performance management, compensation & benefit, complaint handling, and HR policy)
• Conduct a regular meeting/alignment with key stakeholders from OMO Business Unit
• Provide documents / letters needed for new existing and former employees
• To manage and develop relationships with leaders across the BU areas and Partner with leaders to identify talent, strategic resourcing and capability requirements in line with the longer term people needs of the organization.
• Maintain HRIS system for the OMO Business unit team member (org structure, direct managers, leave, requested documents, probation status, employment status, etc)

Recruitment

• Compile weekly recruitment report for Head of Talent Acquisition
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process starting for the related BU
• Understand the user's requirements and providing solutions for the position needed
• Liaise with hiring managers based on needs to discuss about hiring issues

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills required together with an eye for detail and ‘can do’ attitude
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment/start-up environment are preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Having at least 1 to 2 years experience working in a role as people partner/Generalist/Talent is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in psychology/human resources from a well-known university is preferred.
