Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition to join our team at MyRobin. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our company.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture in order to identify and prioritize recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, utilizing candidate relationship management tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate and present competitive offers to selected candidates, managing the offer acceptance and onboarding process.


Requirements:


  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong knowledge of tech roles, technologies, and industry trends to effectively assess candidates' technical skills and experience.
  • Experience utilizing various sourcing channels and techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
