Talent Associate, Idn Pictures

Responsibilities

• Sourcing actors and crew members for projects ]
• Pro-active service clients and build successful old and new relationship with all key contacts
• Involved in pre-production, production and post-production to promos
• Assessing the talent of prospective clients
• Negotiates and manages actor contracts before and during the production until the post-production phase
• Help to maintain, manage, and expand Talent Representation Department
• Scouting and recommending cast with the specific roles and crew members to casting director and handling employment concerns throughout the project

Qualifications

• Movie enthusiastic and interesting in movie production
• Understanding production flow in video production (Movie, OTT, Commercial), creative, read over the scripts and makes notes on each character needs.
• Quick learner, hardworking, and adaptable in a fast-paced team environment
• Understand technically and used to worked with breakdown character, schedule, and budget breakdown
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in movie production, OTT and commercial video production / talents or influencers management.
• Experience working with multiple social platforms such as Youtube, IG, TikTok, Twitter, Thread, etc
• Excellent negotiations skill and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities
