Job Description

Hi, Linkedin! Procon is currently seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern with a strong interest in human resources and recruitment to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities

  • Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings.
  • Conduct and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by doing research on employment laws, regulations, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Manage and update employee data with strict confidentiality.
  • Assist with applicant tracking and database management.
  • Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in English both written and oral is a Must.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing, candidate identification, and recruitment purposes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience or coursework in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Final year or fresh graduate in a relevant field of study (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
