Professional Experience: 2-5 years of prior experience in human resources, talent management, or a related HR function

Identify high-potential employees and create plans for their career advancement within the organization.

Design and implement Functional Academy and training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the workforce.

Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skill assessments, and employee feedback.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field

Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver engaging and relevant training sessions.

Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and recommend improvements.

Analyze workforce metrics to gain insights into employee productivity, turnover rates, performance, and other critical HR indicators.

Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies based on data-driven findings.

Create clear and concise reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools is essential

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics or other finance related major would be preferred

Experience and Knowledge on various donor’s reporting requirements.

Experience in handling of web based management systems would be highly desirable

Experience in the financial management information system (FMIS) development within the government partners would be highly desirable
