Job Description

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must be possessed at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology or minimum on the Final year
  2. Good analytical skill, administration skill, communication skill, knowledge of recruitement and applicant tracking system, knowledge about training.

:

  1. To do an end-to-end recruitment process.
  2. Interview practice and doing interview candidate for certain positions.
  3. Formulating concepts, planning activities, implementing and evaluating activities to build engagement.
  4. Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  5. Delivers training material in an attractive and timely manner.
