Prepare and conduct an assessment center

Analyze the assessment result for the Career Plan and MAP.

Monitoring employee movement related to the career path

Understand the process with Assessment Canter (LGD, FG, Intray, etc.)

Understand the HAV MAP process.

Min. 3 years related experience in Talent & Performance Management (preferably in Life Insurance)

Manage Actual Performance Management (Performance Appraisal with Self Assesment, Manager Assesment & 360 degree feedback)

Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major, preferably from Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Human Resources Management

Familiarity with talent management processes, including succession planning, talent mapping, employee retention, and development programs

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Interview practice and doing interview candidate for certain positions.

Formulating concepts, planning activities, implementing and evaluating activities to build engagement.

Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.

4+ years of Talent Management experience

Experience supporting organization-wide talent management programs such as performance management

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Conduct training as required, such as delivering McDermott’s management training and Optimizing Performance Workshops

Lead the individual development planning process and support managers and employees in creating career development plans, tracking actions, and providing support

Provide counsel to Managers/Employees regarding development initiatives and career progression
