  • Analyze the assessment result for the Career Plan and MAP.
  • Prepare and conduct an assessment center
  • Updating Critical position
  • Monitoring employee movement related to the career path


Qualification

  • Understand the process with Assessment Canter (LGD, FG, Intray, etc.)
  • Can make employee career plans IDP and Management Career Development.
  • Communication Skill
  • Understand the HAV MAP process.
  • Good Analitical, Stratecig Thinking dan Problem Solving
  • Willing to work at Cilincing, Jakarta Utara
