The purpose of this position is to develop and execute talent management strategies and programs to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent within the organization. The role revolves around enhancing the skills, competencies, and overall performance of employees to support the company's objectives and long-term success.
What will you do:
- Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement Functional Academy and training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the workforce.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skill assessments, and employee feedback.
- Collaborate with HRBP and Function Head to identify Company Talent and to design Individual Development Plan and conduct regular monitoring of the progress and provide feedback to Functional Head and Line Manager for improvement plan.
- Collaborate with HRBP and Functional Head to identify critical roles and to design a succession plan strategy including a development program to support the successor with functional skills, and/or leadership skills in assuming the role.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver engaging and relevant training sessions.
- Design, implement, and improve the Onboarding program to enable new joiners to understand business processes and company culture to adapt effectively to their role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
- Fluent in English
