What will you do?

• Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness in recruiting and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage, Monitor and Ensuring training attendees and delivery of some LnD Program such as Individual Development Plan
• Report employees training and probation progress every month and make a decision whether the employee is fit to be placed in the position that has been signed
• Assisting the employee ongoing development through the identification of Training Need Analysis, managing training plan implementation, and ensure training delivery to the employee
• Assist HR to do exit interview for employees who submitted their resignation, make a report regarding the reasons, and analyze how to prevent employees from resigning

Who are we looking for?

• Excellent communication skill and have a strong analytical thinking
• Willing to be placed in Muara Baru, Jakarta Utara and routinely visit all outlets
• Can join immediately
• Min. 1 year experience in the same position (fresh graduate with internship experiences are welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related major
