Talent Management Officer Jobs

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 2-5 years of prior experience in human resources, talent management, or a related HR function

Talent Management Expertise: Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, including learning and development, performance management, and succession planning

Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, organization, and interpersonal skills

Passion in Talent Management: A genuine interest in helping employees grow and succeed within the organization

Bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related major

Manage, Monitor and Ensuring training attendees and delivery of some LnD Program such as Individual Development Plan

Min. 1 year experience in the same position (fresh graduate with internship experiences are welcome)

Excellent communication skill and have a strong analytical thinking

Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness in recruiting and make recommendations for improvement

Willing to be placed in Muara Baru, Jakarta Utara and routinely visit all outlets

Mengidentifikasi potensi yang ada di organisasi pada level yang sudah ditetapkan;

Memastikan anggota talent pool melengkapi tindakan pengembangan;

Align talent management strategies with the overall business strategy, collaborating with senior executives to ensure talent initiatives support organizational goals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions that align with the company's goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and implement action plans to improve the work environment.

Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems that provide meaningful feedback and support employee development.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Administration Excellence including Learning & Development progress report and documentation, manage administration inquiries including invoicing, settlement and tax-related document

Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 1 year

Have communication and public speaking skill with high motivation, innovation, and ready to challenges

Experienced in the same field at least from internship experience : LnD / managing event

Engage with several stakeholders to determine deliverables for the development and learning program

Assisting development program, events, and other method to engage employee and implement KCH Culture Pillars

- Hands-on experience in talent management

- Support the design and implementation of talent management programs

- Proven work experience in similar role

- Experience in assessment center is a plus

- Identify internal talent by conducting thorough assessment process

- Partner and collaborate with business leaders and/or third party to develop & provide assessment tools

Having at least 1 or 2 years of experience as a KOL Management Officer

Having knowledge about Multi Channel Network and AffiliateTikTok

Bachelor's Degree in any major

Familiar with a digital campaign

Able to identify target audience preferences and build content

Selecting, dealing with, arranging meetings & reminding each influencer to execute the campaign, especially in TikTok

Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers

Manage the delivery of training and development programs

3 years experienced with same role is a plus

Knowledgeable in Training & Development

Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Head of Department

Driving the company values through various learning and development programs
