Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Support the design and implementation of talent management programs

- Identify internal talent by conducting thorough assessment process

- Partner and collaborate with business leaders and/or third party to develop & provide assessment tools

- Partner and collaborate with business leaders across function to design learning & development plan for talent

- Continuously monitoring talent readiness

- Build succession plan and frequently monitoring replacement table chart


QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor Degree from reputable universities, GPA min. 3.25, preferably majoring in Psychology

- Proven work experience in similar role

- Hands-on experience in talent management

- Experience in assessment center is a plus

- Data driven, detailed oriented, and proficient in using Excel

- Capable to collaborate with multi-level stakeholder in the organization
