Talent Development Officer Jobs

Responsibilities :

• Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets
• Driving the company values through various learning and development programs
• Able to communicate and interact wells with various department within department
• Evaluate training and development programs
• Manage the delivery of training and development programs
• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Head of Department
• Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
• Devise individual learning plans

Requirements :

• Willing to be placed at MT Haryono, Jakarta Selatan
• 3 years experienced with same role is a plus
• Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willing to travel across Indonesia
• Knowledgeable in Training & Development
