What You Will Do:

  • Ensuring Organization Learning by assessing training need analysis, compiling learning agenda, developing learning strategy and managing end to end L&D process
  • Understand and Able to apply matters related to Training Development, Performance Management such as KPI, Talent Management, Performance Appraisal and others.
  • Creating and implementing Talent Development Plan and also Individual Career and Development Plan
  • Having knowledge in training & development field such as Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training administration will be an advantage
  • Understanding Talent Review and employee performance reviews, and implement strategies that support Employer Branding
  • Understand the process of creating a career path
  • Create a concept and strategy for the Promotion process and procedure
  • Planning & monitoring the training budget and optimizing training activities so that the implementation runs smoothly according to the budget that has been approved by the Company


What You Will Need :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years experience as Training & Talent Management Supervisor
  • Bachelor's Degree of Psychology or any relevant
  • Able using Microsoft office and any software relevant
  • Able discussing with top management about Talent Career Plan
