Key Responsibilities:

• Align talent management strategies with the overall business strategy, collaborating with senior executives to ensure talent initiatives support organizational goals.
• Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems that provide meaningful feedback and support employee development.
• Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and implement action plans to improve the work environment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions that align with the company's goals.

Role Requirements:

• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent management, human resources, or organizational development, with a proven track record of successful talent strategy implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
