Job Description
Responsible :
Handle employee career development starting from talent identification, assessment, takent placement and employee movement.
Requirements :
1. Must have experience at the same position at least 3 years
2. Must have experience handling end to end employee movement, starting from talent identification, assessment and career movement
3. Must hold Master of Psychology degree
4. Mastering psychological test tools
