Job Description

  • Doing end to end recruitment for high level position
  • Ensure that the selection process is managed properly, starting from preliminary interview together with hiring manager, shortlisting the candidates based on agreement with hiring manager and compensation standard and obtain approval from division.
  • Using media social to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationship with candidates.
  • Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirement based on the supply / demand certain position, whether to pursue through databank search, advertisement, from internal and external source.
  • Ensure that each division within company submit its annual manpower requisition in order the recruitment plan strategy.
  • Handling employment agreement later.
  • Manage and providing leadership to team member


Qualifications

  • Preferably having experience in Retail F&B Industry
  • Minimum 7 years of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment and level.
  • A Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Computer literate with strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of state and federal regulations that affect the recruitment and hiring portions of employment.
