Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and consolidate HR-related data from various sources, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), employee surveys, performance evaluations, recruitment metrics, and other relevant databases.
• Create clear and concise reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Analyze workforce metrics to gain insights into employee productivity, turnover rates, performance, and other critical HR indicators.
• Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies based on data-driven findings.

Role Requirements:

• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools is essential
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business analytics with 2 years experience in related fields
• Understanding business objectives and challenges allows Talent Analytics specialists to align HR analytics initiatives with the overall organizational strategy.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, talent management, and organizational behavior is necessary to interpret HR data in the appropriate context.
