Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with the business to build strong strategies and ensure hiring process is being implemented efficiently and effectively.
• Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Giving recommendations to the hiring manager on what suits best to support the company.

Capabilities

• Good communication in English verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business administration, HR Management, or related major
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition for engineering, data, and product
• A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in Tech division
• A natural collaborator and team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Having experience RPO in a recruitment firm
