Key Resonsibilities

• Creating and updating the job descriptions
• Assisting with reporting and tracking and preparing job offer letters for candidates
• Assisting our recruiting team with administrative tasks and ensuring that information and processes are gathered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Organizing candidate interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to agree on dates and times of interviews
• Organize candidate's data (such as resumes, assignments, and contact information) in the Applicant Tracking System

Role Requirements

• Having experience working in FMCG or tech company would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resource management, or a related major
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a talent acquisition coordinator, talent acquisition administrator, or similar position. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
