Key Responsibilities

• Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and externally to various career sites
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Business Partner team in supporting the entire recruitment procedure, including the sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates

Role Requirements

• Proactive, High initiative, and high self-motivation
• Have knowledge and experience in using Job Portals or ATS is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, or relevant background (final semester students are welcome to apply)
• Have good communication skills both oral and written
