Adept at offering a consultative approach to guide hiring managers through the intricacies of recruitment.

2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, with a distinct advantage for candidates experienced in recruitment agencies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for rapid rapport-building with employees and effective communication across all organizational tiers.

Track record of successful candidate closings and skilled negotiation of complex compensation packages.

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Minimum 2 years experience in HR function

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

Strong in communication and negotiation skills.

Define & implement Monthly Acquisition.
