A bachelor's degree in human resources, business analytics with 2 years experience in related fields

Analyze workforce metrics to gain insights into employee productivity, turnover rates, performance, and other critical HR indicators.

Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies based on data-driven findings.

Create clear and concise reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools is essential

Min. 2-3 years of experience in movie production, OTT and commercial video production / talents or influencers management.

Excellent negotiations skill and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities
