We are currently looking for some of the best candidates and talents to join our 3 months program :

Management Associate Program

Responsibilities:

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering unique perspectives and ideas.
• Support the implementation of new initiatives or processes, providing assistance as needed.
• Actively seek opportunities to learn and grow, asking questions and seeking feedback from team members.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified timelines, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Embrace opportunities for skill development and knowledge acquisition through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship.
• Conduct presentations or prepare reports to share findings and recommendations.
• Shadow experienced professionals to gain exposure to different roles and functions.

Qualifications:

• Attend in-person meetings, team sessions and training programs as required.
• Previous internship experience or involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards tasks and responsibilities.
