Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics or other finance related major would be preferred

Experience and Knowledge on various donor’s reporting requirements.

Experience in the financial management information system (FMIS) development within the government partners would be highly desirable

Experience to provide capacity building/ strengthening on financial management of the project

Strengthened Financial Management Information system;

Group Management Performance Reporting & Corporate Budget monthly basis, have to prepare consolidated management report for entities under GAR Group

Have to review management report from US & DS by monthly basis

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent

Preferably has experience in Public Accounting Firm

1 year experience of creator e-com affiliate partnership management; mixed experience in social media platform side and brand side

Work closely with affiliate product team to optimize the creator experience

Strong in leadership skills , attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving

Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred

Develop and maintain project schedules’ Action Plan, ensure projects are effectively planned and organized;

Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to prevent project delays;

Control multiple projects simultaneously, track and report project milestones to Project Leader;

Perform any tasks as assigned by the Project Leader in setup, testing and roll-out or projects;

Support various assignment from Operations team Department.

Bachelor’s degree (graduated), preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering

Experience and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems.

Experience using budget/ travel management using UN/ UNDP rules and regulation would be highly desirable

Relevant experience in administrative/ financial/ procurement/ asset management and project activities

Effective support to the management, accounting and administration of budgets for the programme in general and for specific projects;

Synthesis and documentation of lessons learned and best practices in project support management;
