Sayurbox is building Indonesia’s fastest growing supply chain platform with full integration from farm to end consumer. We serve fresh produce from farms directly to enterprise businesses, general trade, modern trade, horeca as well as our have our own direct to consumer e-grocery platform. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide both overnight and same day deliveries.


Sayurbox was founded with the social mission of providing market access to local farmers through the digitalization of Indonesia’s agri-supply chain. We make people healthier, one fresh produce at a time.


We currently serve around 1 million customers in Java and work with more than 10,000 farmers nationwide.

👑 Job Role

  • Collaborate with CoEs and Stakeholder on determining the optimal mix and strategy for sourcing candidates, including leveraging external agencies, employee referrals, social media, job boards, campus career centers, and other mediums
  • Provide recruitment dashboard or report
  • Collaborate with Talent Management team to ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Onboarding management, ensure new joiner's preparation are completed promptly and accurate to be able to provide a seamless onboarding experience
  • Hire the best match in terms of skills, knowledge, analytical and behavioral aspects of human resources
  • Responsibilities Right Talent Acquisition:
  • Responsible for analyzing and implementing all organization development processes, such as organization design and talent movement (employee promotion, rotation, relocation, demotion, etc.)
  • Implement an efficient and effective end to end recruitment process, matching the skills of talent with the business strategies and processes
  • Effective Talent Management & Development:
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent


⛩️ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of organization design and Talent Management & Development experience
  • Understanding Organization Development process
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting a virtual job fairs
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
  • Excellence understanding in full-cycle recruitment process with recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels including leadership positions
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition in a start-up or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
