AIA is hiring for Senior Customer Care HIGH NET WORTH to help responsible achieve company goals with ease by handling administrative task and improve customer satisfaction and increase retention levels at AIA
Key Responsibilities :
- Serves as the trusted advisor to our high net worth clients and their families; and provides comprehensive guidance to clients regarding their policy & investment.
- Develops thoughtful strategies that enhance Customer Service delivery and manage risk, and works cooperatively within a team environment to harness all of the BU’s resources on behalf of the customer.
- Creates requirements to system development, for new product related with Customer Care.
- Perform system testing for new developing product.
- Request/Monitor Customer Care system enhancement.
- Develop/enhance reporting service related to Cust Care data.
- Preparing internal and external reports.
- Preparing new/revision/update application forms and underwriting forms related to product development.
- Performing Quality Control (QC) for policy documents related to new/enhanced product, and doing revision for internal guidelines and circulates those documents to related dept/division regarding approval process, in a scheduled timeline.
- Responsible for checking the documents of new products/enhanced products after UAT proceed by vendor and to ensure that the result based on requirement.
- Maintain documentation of new product.
- Responsible for administration matters related to New Business.
- Responsible for weekly and monthlty reports.
- Preparing training material/presentation.
- Responsible for internal meeting's MOM (minutes of meeting) and monitoring the target date on the implementation.
Requirement :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in related discipline
- Professional oral and written communication skill
- Strong analytics skill
- Have a sense of urgency, adapt well to changes and able to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Overall good understanding on insurance product, operation rules and distribution
