Job Description

We're currently assisting one of our clients, a F&B Group Company in the searching of Human Resources Business Partner Manager position.


Responsibilities

  • Other Strategic HR projects.
  • Talent Development.
  • Talent Management.
  • Overall, develop and execute People Strategy and plan together with the CEO Office Director.
  • T alent Acquisition & Talent Mapping.


Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experienced in handling a large number of employees.
  • Experienced in F&B, Start Up, Headhunting and FMCG industry will be a plus.
  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development.
  • 10 years working experience in HRBP field.
