Havas Media Indonesia is looking for a Business Director to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze, control and optimize the relevancy and performance of the service (KPIs client)
• Foster change management to improve performances (tools, best practices, methodologies…)
• Monitor budget per client in cooperation with Value/Trading Team
• Plan, drive and conduct team meet-ups
• Advise on all aspects of the campaigns and their deployment to achieve client’s business objectives
• Liaise with the MD/CEO to define the negotiations’ strategy and new business streams development
• Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships on a day-to-day basis
• Lead in client’s planning and buying strategies
• Participate in pitches, bringing new business and revenue to the company.
• Contribute to the definition of strategic recommendations
• Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business
• Coach and lead your team
• Make sure you provide the utmost level of client service
• Define and monitor the targets and productivity of the team
• Nurture skills and career development (trainings, performance management, etc.)

Requirements:

• A persuasive and confident approach
• Excellent knowledge of the media and advertising landscape (online/offline, third-parties, technical aspect)
• Consultancy approach to service delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management
• Strong base in offline media planning
• Effective team management capabilities and strong leadership skills
• Strong social and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years of Media experience, with prior experience in Offline/ATL Media Advertising at a Media Agency
• The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
• Strategic & Analytic
• Comprehensive understanding and experience of all pricing & performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; in Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Demonstrate profitable growth of client accounts through wide-ranging account management skills
• Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
