Country Sales Marketing Director - Logistic Tech

On behalf of a prominent group company, Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Marketing Director for our growing logistic technology client. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Leverage your proven track record in hunter sales to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Capitalize on your deep understanding of the logistics industry to guide expansion efforts, tapping into new markets and niches.
• Drive the company's growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Ensure meticulous execution of sales and marketing strategies, leaving no detail overlooked to maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Take a hands-on role in nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

About you:

• 15+ years of experience in the logistics industry, with a proven track record of working in roles such as business development, sales, or marketing.
• 10+ leadership experience in sales or marketing teams, fostering growth, innovation, and a collaborative atmosphere.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) to convey intricate logistics concepts and value propositions.
• Meticulous and highly skilled in crafting strategic plans to boost revenue.
