Human Resources Business Partner - Generalist

Our client is a consumer goods company and they are hiring an HRBP in Jakarta.
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor to the business, providing guidance and support on various HR-related topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. The HRBP works closely with line managers to ensure the company's HR practices align with its business goals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with line managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support the business
Provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development
Conduct employee surveys and interviews to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Develop and deliver training programs to employees on a variety of HR topics
Manage HR projects and initiatives
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
